Background: Rahima Begum lost her husband when her three children were all under ten years old. With no income, no savings, and no family support, she was struggling to provide even basic meals for her children.

How We Helped: Through our Livelihood Development Program, the foundation provided Rahima with a professional sewing machine and basic tailoring training. A small startup fund helped her set up a workspace in her home.

Today: Rahima now runs a thriving tailoring business from her home, earning a steady income. All three of her children are enrolled in school. She has even hired a neighbor as an assistant.

Kamal's Second Chance After a Workplace Injury

The Cow Support Program provided Harun with a healthy dairy cow. The foundation also gave him basic training in dairy management and connected him with a local milk buyer.
